This scroll of honor is in the Fayette County Courthouse, in Connersville Indiana. It was done by my grandfather Emmett. Pierre Wainwright. He was from Connersville and an artiest. He drew the eagle and wrote the names. The scroll has the names of Fayette County's veterans of World War II. It was done in 1947. |

Another Scroll of Honor was done in the Rush County Court house by Emmett. P. Wainwright. It lists the veterans of WW I. and WW II. He finished it just before his death in May of 1948. If anyone has some for me I would love to get them! |
