I found this crumpled in a ball in the bottom on an old art trunk of my Grandfathers,  Emmett P.  Wainwright.  I took it to a professional art restorer and they steamed it out and pressed it.  It is a good at new.  It is the trade mark design for the Capehart Corporation from Ft Wayne Indiana.
